We know that our emphasis is not on stragized PvP, but I know that scrimmages are a great way to test out your skills and have some group fun. There is no concrete rule on when a person can pull together a Guild Hall Scrimmage, only that they need to find a opposing partner or group to play with. You do not need an officer to pull together a scrimmage, therefore, I encourage guildees to pulll one together at any time.
