Thunderhead Keep Bonus

I am requesting help getting this bonus on Pampered One. I, and 6 other Alliance members went along with Razel when he needed this mission to go to Hell, but somehow, despite the insistance of members in the party, we did not activate the bonus correctly or in time and i did not get it. It is still the only bonus I need to complete that title track. I managed to solo the other 3 I needed but this one is almost, repeat almost, impossible to solo. i have come within 4 or 5 mobs of completing it but just can't go further. HELP!

Just to update....Got up early this morning and gave it a go....and actually got it done solo. My title is complete. I want to thank Xandra, Vekk, ogden,Aidan, cynn, Lina, and Dunham. They were great. lol
