Member Introductions

Hello all,

Now that tonight is done for me I thought I would do this. As many know I became a member today. Some followed the fiasco of me trying to get vent to work. Between weather and my plug in wireless it is a semi sececces that went bust. For those that missed it you didnt miss much.

Anyway about me I am 44 female married name is Tamara and I live in the country of east TN. Hubby works from 6am till 430pm,yes thats 10 hours. We have no kids and I have no living family but him and his. GW is what I do to pass time I have had it 3 weeks and I have all 4 of them.

I am retired pro breeders, pet groomer and trainer. I have either owned it, worked it or cared for it. Everything from reptiles to tigers and wolfs no lie. I grew up in South Fl on a island and I knew folks with exotics. I also ran a petting sitting service way back then.

Some of my other hobbies are archery, gardening, sci fi booksw and shows and a few other things. At present we are owne by 1 dog, 2 cats, 3 snakes and 5 breeding african soft furred rats. Food for snakes not pet way to bitty for that. We grow our own food here since we live on 4 acres. Do not have the farm animals yet but will soon.

What a neat life you have! I have a farm also, although I am starting to downsize a bit due to lack of time. Been breeding horses and dogs forever. No tigers though!! How amazing that you trained them! I am a little jealous!

I decided to write up something about myself so here it is:

1) A bit about myself
I m a 36 years old asian male who lives in Singapore. Currently employed as a systems analyst in a solutions company.

My hobbies beside playing video games are listening to music, reading, movies, bowling, shooting pool ...

2) Gaming experience
Started playing video games in the 80's.
Favourites that I can recalled of my head atm are:
lode runner, dune, xcom/ufo enemy unknown, championship manager, warcraft, half life, COD, MOH, brothers in arms, company of heroes, football manager ...
More of a RTS & FPS player.

My 1st RPG is hellgate:london. Started playing it in Nov 07. Quited a few months ago as it was getting nowhere. Most of the friends I knew from hgl have also quitted & some of them have moved to age of conan. I chose to play GW as AOC required monthly sub & I dont wanna be flagshipped again


3) On GW
a) I own all 4 chapters. I started playing GW in May 08.

b) Still playing in normal mode, no intention to start hard mode currently.

c) My toons:
i) Funky Slash, Warrior, level 20, Prophecies native
Completed prop & eotn. Questing/farming luxon factions currently.
This is my main char.

ii) Funky Swing, Dervish, level 20, Nightfall native
Quest til Gate of Desolation in NF. Doing asuran quests currently.
This is my 2nd main char.

iii) Funky Stab, Assasin, level 20, Factions native
Quest til Tahnnakai Temple in factions. Inactive currently.

iv) Funky Aim, Ranger, level 20, Factions native
Quest til Closer to the Stars in factions. Inactive currently.
Make this char to learn to play a non-melee profession.

v) Funky Throw, Paragon, level 6, Nightfall native
Somewhere on Istani. Inactive currently.
A bit bored of Istani quests. So more of a mule currently.


4) Playing time
My local time is GMT +8. I try to find time to play when possible. Usually on at around 8 to 12 in the evening on weekdays. Able to play more hours on weekends.

Hey all!!,

Ive deciede to kick my laziness and write a little bit about me. To start off my name Is Jessalyn but most call me Jese due to the fact that most cant say my name lol. My ingame name is Eos, which I am absolutly in love with that name. Well Im relatively new to the guild, though not to GW. Ive been playing since the beginning and have enjoyed it greatly. Im the mature age of 22. I have the wisdom of a 90 year old. As I said in the application. people come around the world to ask me questions about life. I live in Florida land of the heat and crazy drivers. I is a student and go to college. Im getting an AS degree in Graphic arts and getting a Tech certificate for Theatre, and another one for Live sound. When Im done with that I will be heading to NC with a friend. Hopefully there I can work on becoming an AF instructor.

I work as a audio tech and love it to death. I love music and live by music. I play a couple of instruments but its never enough, I WANT MORE! I love coffee and swear by it. I love Jelly beans and the popcorn and pear flavor are my favorites. I love ancient history and mythology. My facvorite though is celtic, I love Ireland and Scotland. A friend and I are trying to plan a backpacking trip through Scotland and Ireland. Though, there is a little thing called money. I dont know why its a big deal, we tried to use and I.O.U at the airport but they wouldnt take it. After they threw us out we spent hours contemplating as to why they didnt except it.

I have an awesome truck. Its a 98 TOyota Tacoma though, its short. I wanted a GIANT truck so I cool run people off the road when they are annoying, but ended up with the little one. So instead of running them off the road I just ninja my way through them. Once I move to NC Im getting a bike. Im not brave enough to venture forth on a bike in Florida traffic. I have a little dog (dauchshund mixed with Yorkie ) She has a beard and HUGE eyebrows. For anyone who has seen the eyebrows on Blood elves or Night elves, well thats how she looks.

I have way too many goals for a normal person. I get bored very fast and Im a spur of the moment kind of person. I love doing things that Im scared of like skydiving ( scared of heights ) Or going scubadiving with sharks ( deathly scared of sharks!!! ) Havent done that one yet but hopefully I will in the near future. I love tornados and used to want to be a stormchaser, might still do it.

Well I managed to waste the people who are reading this time. I appologize for any brain damage I might of caused with mispelled words or horrible grammar. Im glad to be in this guild, its awesome! ITs very friendly and a nice place to come after a crazy day of life. Thanks for everything!!

My name is Bryche, pronounced Bryce, I'm a 26 year old male from Iowa, was in the Navy for a few months before I was medically discharged for a severe back injury, although I would have loved to stay, it is nice to be home with friends and family.

I've been gaming for quiet some time now, since '99. I started MMORPGS with EQ, loved the game, but with graphic improvements over the last 10 years, the game is in the past and will stay that way. Although, I would give up many things in my life that I take for granted to be apart of a Guild that was as family friendly as the Guild I was in for EQ. Every day members grouped up with each other for random killings/questings. Guild events once a month kept things very interested.

I've also had my fair share of FPS (First Person Shooters). I started in SoF1 (Soldier of Fortune) way back, I think this was also in '99. Once the game died out, I moved onto FPS's like SoF2, CS, CSS, and BF2. I've been in a clan for SoF1, then moved onto BF2, for 8 years now. I was a high ranking leader in that clan for 5-6 years, but when I lost my computer due to a flooding here in Iowa and me leaving for the Military I had to step down.

As of now, I relax at home resting and healing waiting before I get the go from doctors saying I'm good to get out of bed rest, which might I add is a pain in the... Anyways, I'm a pretty friendly person. I'm VERY social, I always make new friends where ever I go. I'm pretty relaxed and chilled out.

And just in case anyone was curious as to what I did in the military, I was an AO (Aviation Ordinance) which handled with loading bombs onto planes. And the Aircraft Carriers now a days are as big as a small city.

Heyyy everyone really loving the Guild/Alliance.


Well I used to be a huge PC gamer back when i was like 12... which is kinda sad but yeah. Got into Xbox and recently started coming back to GW. Ive got maybe 700 hours logged and still feel like a scrub. You will be seeing me on ALOT for the next while because my xbox broke for the second time in as many months.

If there are any Chromehound fans out there (realllly doubt anyone knows what im talking about) ily.


Basically im 16, attend Lansing Community College full time here in Michigan and will have my associates degree in Comp. Repair by the time I graduate highschool

Heya man, welcome to the forum. Sounds like your awfully busy, high school, community college, and working at McDonalds 40 hours a week..lol how do you find any time to play games at all.

I'm only 28 and seeing that kind of youthful exuberence makes me feel much older

I've never played Chromehounds but I used to play an obscene amount of Mechwarrior 2 for the PC over ten years ago...kinda lost interest in the Mech games though.
